something new

     

This is what I did last weekend! My amazing and talented friend Erick drew this up for me. I wanted a memorial piece for my grandmother who recently passed away. She was the most giving and caring person I have ever known in my life. It turned out so beautiful and I'm so in love with it!

for studying

As many of you know, I'm a biology major. This semester I'm taking a human anatomy class and it's supposed to be one of the hardest courses at our university. Already I'm overwhelmed with the amount of flashcards I have made! I'm so excited though because I've been waiting to take this class for forever. It's going to be a rough semester but I can already tell I'm going to learn a lot of interesting things!

Aren't these awesome?! I'm particularly in LOVE with the nesting doll one! And yes, only the first and last (shark) ones are scientifically accurate but the others are just so fun haha. I need all of them in my life....

Coachella 2012

My friend Dani is buying our tickets this very second! My friends and I will be making the trip out to California April 19th! We've already been planning like we're going next weekend haha. There are so many great bands playing this year but I will freaking drop everything to see Radiohead, Childish Gambino, Godspeed, and of course Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg! I'm most excited for camping out for the 3 days we'll be there, I'm sure it's going to get crazy.
